1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") will not be considered defects.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return due to a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please fill out the form below within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo showing the problem. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Refunds and Reprints: In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and returned directly to the original payment source. For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
4. Exchanges: Exchanges are not supported for wrong size, color, or change of mind. For a different size or color, please place a new order.
5. Unsuccessful Delivery: In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
